OFFICIAL 2012 DENVER WEST GRAND OPENING GIVEAWAY RULES
THIS CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO ADULTS 18 AND OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Contest.
ELIGIBILITY: Entries for the 2012 Denver West Grand Opening Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”) are open only to adults 18 and older at the time of entry who are legal residents of the State of Colorado. Officers, directors, employees and agents of Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliated companies and agencies, licensed retailers and wholesalers, and the immediate families of each, are not eligible. One entry per person. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion. In Store: To enter the Garbanzo Gift Card Giveaway, be one of the first 25 people to purchase an entree at the Denver West location on December 15, 2012 (one card per family).; To enter the E-reader giveaway, register for a VIB Loyalty Card at the Denver West location December 16 – 23, 2012.; To enter the kids’ bike helmet giveaway, fill out a registration form at the Denver West location January 1 – 5, 2013. By Facebook: To enter the Colorado Mills gift card giveaway, post a photo of yourself eating at the Denver West location on our Facebook wall. Facebook posts must be received no earlier than 12:00 a.m., Mountain Time, December 26, 2012 and received no later than 11:59 p.m., Mountain Time, December 30, 2012. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries, or entries that cannot be processed due to phone, network, electronic or computer software or hardware failure, or other technical failures of any kind. Proof of sending or mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting an entry or statement, you accept all contest rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final in all matters.
PRIZES: Garbanzo Gift Card Giveaway – Gift cards valid for one entrée at Garbanzo will be handed out to the first 25 people to purchase an entree at the Denver West location; E-reader Giveaway – A Kindle will be given away at random to one winner; Kid’s Bike Helmet Giveaway – Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) kid’s bike helmet chosen at random through an in-store registration process; Colorado Mills Gift Card Giveaway – Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) gift card worth $25. No substitution for the prize by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable prior to award. Taxes associated with the acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
JUDGING: The recipients will be selected by a team of Sponsor’s representatives (“Judges”) from among all of the eligible entries received by Sponsor. The Winner (s) will be selected by the Judges as random. Sponsor’s selection of the Winner (s), interpretation of these Official Rules, and decisions on all matters relating to this Contest are final.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this Promotion without notice for any reason at its sole discretion. Acceptance of an offered prize by the Grand Prize Winner constitutes permission to use any of such person’s name, likeness, biographical information, and promotion submission for advertising and publicity, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
DISCLAIMERS: Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Sponsor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the act of submitting an entry, or inability to do so, including due to any and all technical malfunctions for any reason whatsoever, or otherwise participating in any aspect of this Contest or out of any breach of any warranty. The Winner( s) shall bear all risk of injury, defect, loss or damage to or from prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, usefulness, or performance of any prize. This exclusion or limitation of liability will not apply to the extent that any applicable statute prohibits such exclusion or limitation of liability.
