OFFICIAL 2012 PINTEREST TASTE THE INSPIRATION RULES

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO ADULTS 18 AND OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Contest.

ELIGIBILITY: Entries for the 2012 Pinterest Taste the Inspiration Contest (“Contest”) are open only to adults 18 and older at the time of entry who are legal residents of the United States. Officers, directors, employees and agents of Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliated companies and agencies, licensed retailers and wholesalers, and the immediate families of each, are not eligible. One entry per person. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Through Pinterest: To enter Follow @GarbanzoGrill on Pinterest. Choose one of the four flavors (mint, pomegranate, hibiscus or mango) as your taste inspiration. Create a pinboard titled “Garbanzo: Taste the Inspiration” and include your chosen flavor in your board description. Pin at least seven (7) images that represent your taste inspiration. In each image description, include the hashtag #GarbanzoInspire. Upon completing your board, post a comment under the Garbanzo Taste the Inspiration pin and include a link to your board. Pinterest pinboards must be completed and a comment must be posted under the Garbanzo Taste the Inspiration pin no later than 11:59 p.m., Mountain Time, Thursday, July 5. The winner will be announced after Thursday, July 5.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries, or entries that cannot be processed due to phone, network, electronic or computer software or hardware failure, or other technical failures of any kind.  Proof of sending or mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  By submitting an entry or statement, you accept all contest rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final in all matters.

PRIZE: One free entrée per week for one (1) year via 52 Garbanzo free entrée cards.

No substitutions for the prize by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Prize is not transferable prior to award. Taxes associated with the acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

JUDGING: The Winner will be selected by a team of Sponsor’s representatives (“Judges”) from among all of the eligible entries received by Sponsor. The Winner (s) will be selected by the Judges at random. Sponsor’s selection of the Winner (s) , interpretation of these Official Rules, and decisions on all matters relating to this Contest are final.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this Contest without notice for any reason at its sole discretion. Acceptance of an offered prize by the Grand Prize Winner constitutes permission to use any of such person’s name, likeness, biographical information, and promotion submission for advertising and publicity, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

DISCLAIMERS: Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Sponsor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the act of submitting an entry, or inability to do so, including due to any and all technical malfunctions for any reason whatsoever, or otherwise participating in any aspect of this Contest or out of any breach of any warranty. The Winner (s) shall bear all risk of injury, defect, loss or damage to or from prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, usefulness, or performance of any prize.  This exclusion or limitation of liability will not apply to the extent that any applicable statute prohibits such exclusion or limitation of liability.
